NII Clean commenced trading in 2019 when Mark and Erica Donley began to see an opening for a company who could professionally clean the outside envelope of commercial and residential buildings.

Our services and skills have developed quickly as we have helped many customers restore and renew the appearance of their property.

Our Commercial Premises and Trade Counter in Coleraine

In June 2021 NII Clean acquired a high profile workshop and trade counter on the Bushmills Road in Coleraine. These premises serve as both a base for NII Clean's services and a new showroom servicing both private and trade customers where we sell, service & repair.

The weather was atrocious for the job on the first day with frequent sleet and rain showers and cold throughout but I have to say the lads never stopped.
